Weight/Fat loss



Weight / Fat loss is simple (calorie deficit is the principle) but not easy as we humans are wonderfully complex (mind, body, soul & everything in between). Finding the sweet spot to stay consistent is key. Random musings from the client : “I feel really good” “I am feeling energetic and happy” “I feel a little bloated” “I don’t have cravings for sweets, like before” “I had a piece of plum cake for breakfast” “I am tired of eating the same type of veggies so i am going to try some new recipes” “I went all out yesterday with Biryani” “I think i am ready for a diet break” Client Progress never shows all of these moments. Simple but not easy 🤓
