Client Progress (3 months) achieved through educating & empowering the client about portion control in line with her health goals. It’s upsetting to see ‘wellness experts’ making blanket statements encouraging people to give up foods / food groups be it wheat/ gluten, dairy, etc as a first line of guideline for a multitude of health goals! #notallergic This amazing client of mine from Kenya continues to get results while enjoying foods that she would usually prepare for her family. What are your thoughts on this aspect ?
