Weight loss is simple but not easy! No one truly understands the challenges except the person going through it. Calorie deficit is the principle but methods and strategies used will vary from one individual to the other. Birthday cake, banana bread cravings, knee pain, stress of missing family back home, waking up at 2am to feed the baby were all part of the game for her. She didn’t have to whip up anything special to be on a calorie deficit. Her home cooked meals were all that was required🤓 One of my favorite humans♥️ who accepted patience and consistency as the key to her health goals. Also every now and then remind yourself to never compare your progress with what’s promised / shown in the media as a marketing gimmick. Your life is real & not a planned photoshoot 🤷🏻‍♀️
