Students may request to cancel their enrollment only before course access has been granted.

Once login details or access to course materials are provided, cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Cancellable Situations

Because our courses are digital products, once access is granted, you are purchasing educational content that cannot be “returned.”

As such, cancellations cannot be processed after course access is given.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as accidental duplicate purchases or verified technical issues, we may review cancellation requests at our sole discretion.
